Paper Lights has released a new music video for the song "Simple" from their 2018 record Everything Is Sound. Like the band's music, the video is straightforward, intimate, unique, and beautiful. The video features footage from their National Parks recording adventure projected behind lead singer Dan Snyder as he performs the song. Combining different elements of Paper Lights' past work—"Simple" is a re-recording of a track from their 2015 mini-album, We Are Arrows—it feels like a celebration of the band's journey thus far. A documentary short film about the creation of Everything Is Sound will be released soon. Dan Snyder has also recently launched a new musical project, aReverie.
